As the name suggests, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is future focused and aims at creating solutions as you move forward, rather than analysing problems of the past. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy methods adapt the latest research in neuroscience and psychotherapy into clinical settings.


I utilise an integrative model, incorporating modern psychotherapy alongside other evidence-based tools including CBT, visualisation, NLP and Mindfulness amongst others to help you construct a positive mindset. My sessions are designed to reduce your levels of stress and anxiety allowing your creative mind to take part in finding solutions whilst identifying inner resources. 


When you are willing to engage and change your mindset, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can be highly effective in relieving the symptoms of anxiety and stress.  We will work together to envisage where you want to be​ and then I will
help you identify the necessary changes to get there.

Each session is tailored to meet your particular needs. In the first part of each session we will spend time together to identify your needs and explore solutions which can help you change your perspective and move forward. Once we have defined your intent I will use powerful trance techniques to bring about the necessary changes to achieve your goals.

Trance is a completely natural state - you go into trance whilst driving,

watching television and so on. Trance will be induced via progressive muscle relaxation and suggestions. In this induced state of mind you’ll be able access the subconscious mind where you will connect with what you want to experience in life.

Trance can be a very relaxing experience that allows you to dream,

rehearse, imprint and programme your chosen vision of the future into
your subconscious mind. 




In this free 60 minute initial consultation we will discuss what you would like to achieve and how we can work together to find solutions. You will get a good understanding
of how the brain works and the processes of hypnotherapy treatments. It is also a good opportunity to ask questions and ascertain whether Hypnotherapy is a suitable
course of action for you.

You will receive a free audio recording that will introduce you to trance in your
own time and will start the therapy process way before our first session.

Having suffered from intense anxiety and panic attacks from an early age I have tried numerous conventional and alternative therapies and anti-depressants and would look into anything that could help me feel better.


Nothing really worked until my GP referred me to group therapy where I learned in more detail how anxiety is created, the brain-based knowledge proved to be a potent tool that helped me get a handle on my own feelings. From there I discovered self-hypnosis and experienced first hand the power directing the subconscious mind on numerous occasions.


It has now been 6 years and I have not had a panic attack since. This is why I am so compelled to learn about this amazing machine in between our ears, a machine that can either help or harm us depending on how we operate it.


I have since studied with Matthew Cahill at the renowned Clifton Practice in London and am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist and a registered member of the AFSFH  (Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy) and NBFMP 
(The National Board for Modern Psychotherapy).


I have realised how lucky I was to be able to learn
in-depth about the workings of the brain and how that has shaped my life for the better. Too many people go through life suffering in anxiety and other afflictions of the mind when in reality the power to change their negative thought patterns and belief systems is right inside them.


Life is too valuable to be left to chance and I believe we all can make positive changes and steer our paths towards a better place. This is why I am dedicated to helping people take the front seat
and be the drivers of their own life.
